Join us Thursday, September 17th from 5:00-6:30 for Family Game Night: Playing with Numbers! Enter Door T by the new gym. Enjoy card, dice, and board games, creative math design stations, a book nook, and raffle prizes. Teachers will be on hand to answer grade-level math questions, and Student Council will be selling snacks. Plus, every Conkin Academy student takes home a set of dice, a deck of cards, and a sheet of games to play at home. We can’t wait to see you there!

Here are a few important reminders and updates regarding today’s athletic schedule:
🏈 Football: There will be no football practice at West Middle School today.
⚽ Middle School Soccer: Practice will still take place today after school from 2:15–3:25 p.m.
Our first middle school soccer games will be held this Thursday at Conklin:
Varsity: 5:00 p.m.
JV: 6:00 p.m.
Admission Prices
Beginning this school year, admission prices for all regular-season RRAC games are:
Adults: $4
Seniors: $2
Students: $1
All soccer players must have shin guards to participate. Students without shin guards will not be permitted to play. We have a limited number of extra pairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact AD Quon.Denny@rps205.com

Conklin Academy celebrated the completion of its $20 million expansion. The addition for 6-8 grades has new classrooms, gym, cafeteria, library, arts spaces and much more. Conklin families will be able to see it for themselves at the school's open house tonight!

Please see the attached flyer for an excellent opportunity for our young basketball athletes to develop and refine their skills. The camp is being led by a talented group of coaches from Jefferson High School and offers a great opportunity for students to learn the fundamentals of the game, improve their abilities, and build confidence on the court.
We encourage any interested students and families to review the information and consider participating.
The first day of school is about 8 weeks away for the 26-27 school year. Here is our academic calendar as well as our start & dismissal times so that you can prepare and plan ahead.
